Siesta is a rest in the middle of the day, which is a very important element of the residents’ everyday life.Most shops and offices are closed, and the streets seem unusually quiet. Even the central streets of large cities are deserted.
Moussaka is a traditional Greek dish that consists of layers of eggplants or potatoes, minced meat, onion, tomatoes, spices and béchamel sauce. The whole thing is baked and then served in pieces.
